The remodel of this Walnut Creek Guest Bathroom aimed to create a sophisticated spa with an airy feel. The wall separating the tub and the vanity area was removed and the tub replaced by a shower. A floating countertop takes place of a traditional vanity adding to the openness of the space. The color scheme is kept in different shades of gray. Penny tiles used for the shower pan are echoed in the backsplash and create a playful contrast to the rectangular pattern of the shower back wall. The rest of the wall tile and the floor tile are big scale porcelain tiles. The finishes are all in chrome with the towel warmer being an attractive focal point.
